How to create and manage Holiday blackout dates for contractor timecards
- From the main navigation, click Settings > Global List
- In the Global List Filter bar, type in Holiday
- To add a Holiday, click the Add button
- Enter the Date and Description
- If you want this to be applicable to all clients, check the box IsGlobal.
- If you want this to be applicable to a specific client, uncheck the IsGlobal and choose from the clients listed on the drop-down menu.
- If you need to make changes to the Holiday, just click on the Edit button.
- This setting will prevent your contractors to enter time on the Holiday dates you specified.
