How to make an adjustment entry on sick or vacation journal
- From the main navigation, click People> Contractors
- Click on the contractor profile you need to make adjustments to.
- Scroll down to Benefit Section.
- Check the box Enable Sick Time.
- Click the Sick Time journal.
- If you need to make an adjustment, click on the +Add Adjustment button.
- Fill in the following information:
- Date
- Beginning Accrued Hours
- Hours Used (if any)
- Hours Accrued (if any)
- Then click on the Save button
- Once you click Save, it automatically calculates the sick time journal with the adjustment record and subsequent timecards.
- This works exactly the same for vacation journals.
